I would definitely return to this wonderful property! Walkable to the beach and trolley. Property came with with beach chairs and umbrella. Mario was always responsive to any questions regarding the island. I really liked that there was a washer and dryer on premises.

Great spot for a family! We brought our 4 children ages 12, 10, 8 & 6 who had a blast in the pool! Centrally located on the island it was easy to get around and felt like a safe neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay here! This Airbnb is very well-equipped for families with young children. It was very convenient to have the pool, the outdoor shower for rinsing after the beach, the beach gear, the washer and dryer for washing towels and swimsuits, and the well-stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable - even the bunkbeds! The central location was great because it's not too far from either end of the island (highly recommend renting a golf cart for getting around!) All in all, it was a very enjoyable trip, and we hope to return in the future.

Perfect for family. We have 4 kids from the ages of 2 to 12 and there was accommodations for all. Baby had high chair, several baby float options, sand toys, closed in pool. Big kids had basketball goal, mini put put area, boogey boards, board games, card games, Nintendo. Great area for adults to relax and watch kids play while resting. We ran out of sunscreen and host had little touches one of them being two bottles of sunscreen, aloe, after sun lotion, snacks and a few drinks upon arrival. The two wagons made it easy to pack all we needed to beach. Beds were comfortable and the pillows were the best I’ve ever slept on. We will be returning next year this has been my favorite vacation spot, it’s beautiful and has the best family atmosphere. Thanks Mario!

We had the best time on AMI and Mario’s house was perfect! It had everything we needed, nice and close to the beach and loved having our own pool. We never used the grill because it was so hot but it was nice to know we could if we wanted to. Check in was super easy and Mario was easy to get a hold of. It was my husband & I and our 3 kids and the house was the perfect size. We will definitely be back to AMI!

Mario was a wonderful host and the home was perfect for our family of 4. The outside shower was great coming back from the beach to rinse off. Gorgeous location, easily walkable, comfortable and homey, 10/10 recommend!
