Mario’s place was a great spot for our family. It’s a quiet oasis with all you need for a small family to visit Anna Maria Island. It’s a short walk to the closest beach access as well as Manatee public beach where you can get all you can eat pancakes each morning! We would definitely stay again on our next visit to AMI.

We had a wonderful stay in this rental on Holmes Beach in AMI.
Great location, only 0.3 miles to beach access. It is in a quiet neighborhood but close to lots of restaurants and bars in the island.
The house was very clean and had everything you need to spend a great vacation.
The property is not huge but for all 3 of us was more than enough.
Having the pool, as well as the outdoor shower, was a major plus specially when coming from the beach.
The kitchen has everything you need and things are label so that you don’t need to spend time looking for stuff. The rooms are spacious as well.
The beach was somewhat cold but it was December so just be aware and be prepared in case you want to spend time there.
The living room has a tv where you can stream shows or a movie like we did as a family for a night in.
They do have a property next door but we didn’t hear anything while we were there.
Overall, this is a great place to stay and we would love to come back.

I would definitely return to this wonderful property! Walkable to the beach and trolley. Property came with with beach chairs and umbrella. Mario was always responsive to any questions regarding the island. I really liked that there was a washer and dryer on premises.

This was our first time to Anna Maria Island, and we had the BEST week! This beautiful home was PERFECT and had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable vacation. It was close to so many beaches and cafes, a full kitchen (we made a full Thanksgiving meal!), private pool (the kids love swimming at night after being out for the day, perfect sleep setup with bunks for the younger kids to stay close to me at night...very comfortable beds, coffee provided, and a beautiful porch to watch the sunrise on. The proximity to Publix (beautiful store!), and AMI Beach Cafe filled many days, and grocery needs. We spent a lot of time at the Anna Maria Island Cafe, Coquina Beach, Bean Point... all were close drives. This house was the perfect quiet retreat, on a very quiet corner, with the pool in the back yard, comfortable beds, a stocked kitchen, beach chairs, beach toys...bikes. Mario was very detailed with instructions. Getting in and out was a breeze. I can't wait to return!!

Great spot for a family! We brought our 4 children ages 12, 10, 8 & 6 who had a blast in the pool! Centrally located on the island it was easy to get around and felt like a safe neighborhood.

We had a great stay with all amenities thoughtfully provided. The pool was great with night lights and controlled temperature. This location is great for walking and close access to lots of restaurants and shopping. Wold have enjoyed the ability to a night cigar outside but it is not allowed on the premises.

We really enjoyed our stay here! This Airbnb is very well-equipped for families with young children. It was very convenient to have the pool, the outdoor shower for rinsing after the beach, the beach gear, the washer and dryer for washing towels and swimsuits, and the well-stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable - even the bunkbeds! The central location was great because it's not too far from either end of the island (highly recommend renting a golf cart for getting around!) All in all, it was a very enjoyable trip, and we hope to return in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay. Being so close to the cafe on the beach was a huge plus. The trolley stop is also very close to the house. The inside was nice and had all we needed for the week. We enjoyed the private pool and played lots of games around the pool deck. The beach toys, umbrella and chairs were a huge plus

Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sauber, komfortabel und bestens ausgestattet. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Strand ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, die Lage angenehm ruhig. Besonders positiv: der beheizte Pool, ideal zum Entspannen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, cute, and had everything we could possibly need. The pool was awesome and such a great spot to relax. We loved having all the beach gear—chairs, umbrella, toys—so convenient and thoughtful. The location couldn’t be better, just a super short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!
